Kevin Petroff

Kevin is criminal trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience. Kevin’s criminal defense practice includes all felony and misdemeanor charges with a focus on complex felony and homicide charges. Kevin has defended individuals charged with murder, narcotics possession and delivery, aggravated assault and robbery cases, sexual assault charges and theft accusations.  

Kevin was previously a felony chief prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and First Assistant District Attorney in the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office.  

During his extensive career practicing criminal law, Kevin has been featured in multiple news stories and documentaries, including “Crime Scene: The Texas Killing Fields” on Netflix and “The Evidence Room - Savagery at Corvette Concepts” on KPRC, as well as stories in the Houston Chronicle, The Galveston Daily News, KHOU, KTRK and KPRC, and many others.
